Designer

We are looking for a highly creative Designer to join our team in Dublin.

Candidates should have 3 + years in interaction design, visual design or equivalent experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated all-rounder. Someone who thrives on working across many different design disciplines. Someone who wants to develop their skill set in pitching, idea creation and delivery.

We work across a variety of sectors with a mixture of companies and organisations at all stages of growth primarily on brand design, including entertainment, culture, governmental and retail & hospitality. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in branding, print design, campaigns and digital design. You will help us create meaningful solutions for our clients, their employees, users and customers.

Core duties and responsibilities

• Undertake structured research
• Designing and running workshops.
• Develop strong concepts rooted in research and understanding of an organisation’s goals and objectives
• Responsible for managing relationships with clients, with a proven ability to explain, discuss, and justify your design decisions effectively.
• Wide-ranging design ability, someone who has experience designing for print and digital design.
• Experienced in creating low and high-fidelity prototypes/User interface designs.
• High dexterity in speed and quality with Adobe CC and Figma
• A good understanding of the fundamentals of User Experience
• Experience taking projects from start to finish
• Knowledge and skills in the following are desirable although not essential: Animation; HTML, CSS

Job Type: Full-time position with 6 months probationary period. Salary dependent on experience.
Location: Dublin Studio / Remote (Hybrid role)
