Design Intern (3-Month Paid Contract)

We’re looking for a Design Intern to join our studio for a 3-month paid internship starting Monday, March 2nd, 2026. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer who wants hands-on experience working within an experienced team on real client projects.

This internship is on-site. Depending on the success of the internship and the workflow there may be an opportunity to extend.

What we’re looking for

  • A good all-rounder with skills across graphic design and digital design
  • A strong interest in branding, layout and user-focused design
  • A good grounding in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to use Figma
  • Experience designing content for digital platforms and social media
  • An eagerness to learn, take feedback and develop your craft
  • Good attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to design
  • A collaborative attitude and clear communication skills

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the design team across brand, print, exhibition, wayfinding and digital projects
  • Assisting with layouts, visual development and production artwork
  • Preparing files for print and digital delivery
  • Taking part in studio reviews, project discussions and critiques
  • Gaining insight into working with public-sector and cultural clients
